Make your own rain barrel and help conserve water - July 20

Did you know that in addition to being an environmentally friendly way to water your lawn and garden, using a rain barrel can save you a lot of money? Think about it: you're gathering rainwater from your roof and directing it into storage, where it can be accessed as needed to water your plants. Using rain water can help you to save on hundreds of gallons of water per year.

This next rain barrel workshop will be at Rockledge Gardens on Saturday, July 20:  2153 South U.S. Hwy. #1, Rockledge, FL 32955, from 10 AM to 12 PM.

$50 covers all the supplies and instruction to make your very own rain collection device. Pre-registration is required.
